The Registrar-General’s Department (RGD) has announced that an industrial strike action by employees of its service provider, Ghana Community Network Services Limited (GCNet), has resulted in a temporal shutdown of its systems.
Due to the ongoing strike action, the Department notes that it is unable to render services to its cherished clients and the general public at large.
In a communique issued by the Registrar-General’s Department disclosing the new development, the Department assured its clients, stakeholders as well as the general public that it is working around the clock to resolve the situation and restore fully its systems.
The communique further noted that, the general public will be informed as to when the services of the Department resumes.
