GSE records no gainers and decliners on Thursday
The Accra Bourse recorded no gainers and decliners at the end of trading activities on Thursday, September 15, 2022.
The benchmark GSE-CI index did not record any change as it closed at 2,500.41 points; the same mark as it opened, representing a YTD return of -10.36%.
The GSE-FSI also maintained its level to close trading at 2,074.73 points translating into a YTD return of -3.58%.
Seven (7) equities traded with no gainer nor decliner recorded on the day as market capitalization for the day remained unchanged at GHS 64.40 billion.
Data shows that, a total of 877,157 shares valued at GHS 826,220.08 was traded on Thursday.
Compared with the previous GSE trading day (September 14),Thursday’s data shows a 35.21% increase in volume traded in contrast to a 2.58% decline in trade turnover.
Societe Generale (SOGEGH) accounted for 66.77% of the total value traded and recorded the largest volumes traded.
