GSE-CI Maintains Week’s Stay at 4,348 Points; YTD returns at 38.90%

The composite index ended the day with no change keeping its year-to-date (YTD) return at 38.90%, while the financial stocks index also stayed constant at 2,118.52 points, maintaining its YTD return of 11.41%.

GLD climbed GH₵6.30 to GH₵387.90 resulting in a slender rise in the market’s total value to GH₵91,930.38 billion.

In terms of trade activity, there was a 12.90% dip in trading volume from 461,812 shares to 402,247 shares.

Trade turnover rose by 1631.86% from GH₵285,128.04 to GH₵4,938,022.01 with sixteen(16) different stocks trading today.

SOGEGH topped the trade activity pile, trading a total of 339,826 shares, valued at GH₵526,730.30. GCB saw only 2,004 shares trade, with a value of GH₵11,863.68.
