GSE-CI opens week with 36.94 points rise closing at 3,683.48 points, posting 17.67% YTD
The benchmark index of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSEComposite Index) closed 36.94 points higher at
3,683.48 points, posting a YTD return of 17.67%.
The GSE Financial Stocks Index on the other hand closed unchanged at 2,040.76 points, keeping its YTD return at 7.13%.
MTNGH moved to the GH¢1.75 mark with a GH¢0.03 gain while TOTAL similarly rose by GH¢0.04 to end the day at GH¢9.55.
Market capitalization recorded a significant rise of GH¢3,260.10 million to end the day at GH¢83.20 billion
following the listing of Atlantic Lithium Limited.
Monday’s trading session recorded a total turnover of GH¢261,520,812.36 (up 154100.48%) from the exchange of fifteen (15) different equities.
There were outstanding offers for ACCESS, FML, SOGEGH and EGL at GH¢4.80, GH¢3.20, GH¢1.54 and GH¢2.39 respectively.
