‘There is no pressure on me at all’ says Samuel Boadu
Samuel Boadu, Head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak has revealed there is no pressure on him after winless run of matches this season.
The gaffer has said he doesn’t fear being sacked following the club’s abysmal start to the Ghana Premier League.
The Phobians are yet to record a single after four matches, drawing three and losing one with the latter coming as Hearts succumbed to a 2-0 defeat at the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi to AshantiGold SC on Sunday.
In an interview with some reporters who were present at the venue on the matchday, the man who finally led the Phobia to win their first league title after ten years said;
“There is no pressure on me at all. This is the nature of our job, coaches are hired to be fired.”
“So if the team is underperforming, I don’t think the management will be happy to see the team go down.”

“If there is the need for someone to take place and do well then so be it.”
Two second-half goals from Yaw Annor and Abdul Salam were enough to send the Phobians home with their first defeat of the season.
Hearts are currently sitting at one place above the relegation zone with three points as rivals Asante Kotoko SC sit comfortably at the summit after a perfect start to the season winning all four games.
Up next for Hearts of Oak is the CAF Confederation last qualifying round, first leg match against Algerian side JS Saoura at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday November 28.
